Keycha Cruz Ocasio

Keycha obtained her Master’s Degree in Human Services from Southeastern University. She has experience in victim advocacy, mental health awareness, and administration. Keycha enjoys assisting students in their academic journey while providing resources to make their transition to UCF smoother.
